Claire Leader
Martin/Martin Consulting Engineers (Pronouns: she/her) Claire is an Engineer-in-Training II at Martin/Martin Consulting Engineers and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Claire is an active member of SEAONC’s Disaster Emergency Services and SE3 committees. She is Chair for SEAONC’s SE3 committee and was Lead for the Racial Equity Task Group in the 2023-2024 year. Ask Claire about her work as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster children, a dog rescue volunteer, or an amateur at-home pasta chef. |

Megan Vandervort
Martin/Martin Consulting Engineers (Pronouns: she/her) Megan Vandervort is a structural engineer with Martin/Martin Consulting Engineers and has been with the firm for three years. She works on a mix of commercial, residential, and existing buildings out of the California office. Megan has been involved with Martin/Martin’s JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) Committee since she joined, leading many outreach efforts for the California office. She is also involved within her local SEA (SEAONC) on the Younger Member Forum, SE3, Pathways, and Convention Planning committees. |

Danny Preut, P.E.
Martin/Martin Consulting Engineers (Pronouns: he/him) Danny is a Professional Engineer at Martin/Martin Consulting Engineers in the San Francisco Bay Area office. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Kansas State University and a Master of Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University. Danny began working at Martin/Martin in 2020 after working for three years for Ryan Engineering in Northwest Arkansas. Danny has been active in SEAONC SE3 Since 2020 and was the chair for the 2023-2024 year. Danny enjoys playing soccer, cooking and trying new foods, and working on home improvement projects. |
