Mission Statement: The main goal of the SE3 Mentorship Program is to provide the resources needed for entry-level structural engineers to thrive in our profession. These resources will aim to bridge the gap between career stages, develop professional networks, and examine topics related to the advancement and retention of engineers within the structural engineering profession. Such topics include work-life balance, gender equity, employee engagement, and time management. The Mentorship Program hopes to organize several events per year with these goals in mind.
