The NCSEA SE3 Survey is one of the largest comprehensive nationwide surveys of structural engineering professionals to date.
The survey was designed by a large group of practicing structural engineering professionals to understand the experiences of structural engineers on important topics such as advancement, compensation, and work-life balance. The goal of this study is to advance the structural engineering profession by identifying the keys to engagement, retention and gender equity.
The reports summarizing findings from the surveys can be found on the national SE3 site, on our publications page.
Our national survey team is busy with the analysis and graphical development for a publication and future presentations of 2020 SE3 Survey Findings. If you are interested in being part of the analysis team for the 2020 survey, or would like to submit a request for a presentation of findings at your event, please email NCSEA SE3 Chair Sabrina Duk at [email protected].
