Engineer Your Dream Career

Picture
Date: Wednesday, October 9, 2019
Time: 10 - 11 AM PST
Cost: FREE, registration required.
Based on the SEAONC SE3 Survey Results, more than 50% of the respondents have considered leaving the industry and almost 20% reported to be dissatisfied with their career. No matter where you are in your career, or how satisfied you are with your current position, or daily tasks and responsibilities, it is important to check in with yourself and ask questions about the ideal trajectory of your career.

Join us for a free webinar focusing on career agency with career coach Dr. Amina Aitsi-Selmi, M.D. Ph.D. on Wednesday, October 9 from 10am - 11am PST. Dr. Amina is the founder and managing director of Next Generation Coaching and Consulting Ltd in London. She coaches a diverse range of clients including doctors, lawyers, accountants, scientists, entrepreneurs and CEOs helping high achievers to create success beyond conventional, old style careers, leadership and work culture. Read more about Dr. Amina on her website.

During the webinar you will:
  • Gain deep insights into what you can do to show up more intentionally in your work and life
  • Get tips from Dr. Amina on how to combat some of the issues that lead to dissatisfaction in our profession today such as burnout, poor work-life balance, lack of fulfillment, and seeking to make community impact
  • Participate in the discussions and exercises to develop your own process to create your dream career, business, and life
