Date | Time: Thursday, May 28, 2020 | 12PM - 1:30PM
Location: Zoom Meeting
Description: Join SE3 for a webinar-format panel discussion on “lessons learned” from the 2008 Recession. Our panelists feature SEAONC members who were at different points in their career during the last major economic downturn in the Bay Area - from entry level to Principal - and experienced a range of impacts on their work situations. Panelists will share stories and answer questions that are particularly relevant now, as we face the long-term impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic. While the current reality of the global pandemic is in many ways unprecedented, SE3 hopes that sharing the past experiences of our community can provide help and comfort to those who have found their careers impacted, or are dealing with the uncertainty of how things will change moving forward.
