December 2022 Book Club Meeting To close out 2022, SEAONC SE3 discussed the The Authority Gap, which asks why women are not afforded the same level of respect when compared to men. Why are women’s words and deeds not carrying the same weight when compared to men? Not only is the question asked, but potential solutions were considered as posited by Mary Ann Sieghart in her book called The Authority Gap. Many thanks to Gwen Searer for leading the discussion in December!
