ENGINEERING INCLUSIVE ENGINEERS WORKSHOP
The two-part series Engineering Inclusive Engineers Workshop wrapped up last month. This virtual workshop provided attendees with tools and resources to create and maintain cultures of equity and inclusion within our organizations. The goals of this workshop were creating opportunities for engineers to learn more about JEDI and how JEDI can bring value to our firms. The first part focused on introducing Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion concepts. The second part focused on Identifying and Disrupting Systemic Inequities in Engineering Organizations. This workshop series was facilitated by Dr. Yvette E. Pearson, ASCE Fellow, from The PEER Group.
